Contribute to Compliance for Claude

Compliance for Claude is built in the open. Three contribution paths:

1. Regulation-accuracy disputes

Spotted a paraphrase or stale snapshot? Email contact@claudeforcompliance.com with the obligation ID and the source-text disagreement. Public issue-tracking is queued for after launch.

2. New regulation registers

State regulations, new federal guidance, investor guide updates — PR the register YAML to regs/. The promote pipeline will check that every paragraph quote is a literal substring of the source snapshot before merge.

3. P&P refinements

Compliance officers running this library against real audits often spot wording or coverage gaps. PR pp/ with the change and a short rationale.

What we cannot accept

• Confidential Supervisory Information — 12 CFR Part 4. Don't copy CFPB / OCC / FRB exam findings into Compliance for Claude, even paraphrased. Discuss in the abstract only.
• Borrower data of any kind — Compliance for Claude is a regulation corpus, not a loan-data archive.
• Confidential vendor contracts — same reason. The regulation is public; the contract is not.

Attribution

Every accepted PR is attributed in the GitHub commit graph and (for substantive register additions) in the register's drafter_attestation field.
