This section contains requirements related to: ■ Home Mortgage documentation delivery ■ Pledged Mortgage delivery (a) Home Mortgage documentation delivery The Seller agrees, at its own expense and within the delivery period required under the purchase program, to deliver to Freddie Mac, or its designee, the documents required under the Purchase Documents, subject to Freddie Mac’s approval regarding proper form and execution. The Seller should plan for a reasonable processing and review period before the Funding Date or Settlement Date. The amount of the purchase price is adjusted for interest accrued through the day before the Funding Date or Settlement Date. (b) Pledged Mortgage delivery Pledged Mortgages must be delivered as required by Section 6302.38 and Chapter 6305; see Section 1402.6 for Pledged eMortgages.
