e. Application Approval (09/14/2015) If FHA approves the application, FHA will provide notice via email and U.S. mail. This notice will include the Mortgagee’s assigned FHA Lender Identification Number (FHA Lender ID), which must be used by the Mortgagee in all FHA computer systems and official correspondence with FHA.
