Adaptation of Loan Documents (04/29/2024) Mortgagees must make the necessary and appropriate modifications to the Mortgage, Note, and the loan agreement to ensure compliance with FHA requirements as well as other federal, state, and local laws. Mortgagees may make adaptations without HUD approval.
