c. Condition Report (05/09/2022) Prior to repossession, the Lender or its agent must make a visual inspection of the Manufactured Home and prepare a report regarding the condition of the home. The report must also detail the condition of any components or accessories that were financed with the Manufactured Home (e.g., refrigerator, air conditioner, etc.), and list any that are missing. The report must be retained in the case binder.
