f. Damage to Manufactured Home While in Possession of the Lender (05/09/2022) If the Manufactured Home is damaged while in the possession of the Lender, the Lender must document the nature of the damage and seek repair through their hazard insurance coverage. If the Manufactured Home is without hazard insurance, the appraisal should reflect value as if there were no damage.
