Mortgagee Response Procedures to HUD’s Initial Report (09/30/2016) The Mortgagee may provide any additional documentation that could affect the review results within 45 Days from the date of the initial report. If no additional documentation is provided within 45 Days, HUD will consider the report final and the potential liability identified will become the amount owed.
