i. Sales Commission (05/09/2022) Sales commission may be reimbursed when paid to a third party to sell the repossessed home. The commission for selling the home must not exceed: • 10 percent of the sales price if the home is sold on the original site; or • 7 percent of the sales price if the home is moved and sold at another location.
