7. EWCP-Specific Post-Approval/Pre-Disbursement Requests for Changes For all EWCP loans, submit requests for changes to the appropriate Export Finance Manager unless the change is within the Lender’s delegated PLP-EWCP authority. See Ch. 5, Para. B, Post-Approval Modifications, of this Section below for additional guidance.
