D. Small Under SBA Size Requirements The Applicant must qualify as small under 13 CFR § 120.100(d) and SBA Size Requirements (13 CFR Part 121) (including affiliates). The Applicant may qualify under either the Industry Size Standards or the Alternative Size Standard.
