Appendix 14: 7(a) Debt Refinancing Requirements This Appendix consolidates the debt refinancing requirements applicable to all 7(a) loan programs. All chapters must comply with the requirements set forth herein. Lenders must apply the General Requirements below to all 7(a) loan programs unless a Program Specific requirement listed in this Appendix provides otherwise.
