5. Other Applicant Expenditures For any of the costs listed in subparagraphs 1 through 4 above incurred by the Applicant (with its own funds or from a Short-Term Debt) prior to the date of application that are directly attributable to the Project, provided such expenditures (net of Applicant’s contribution) are reimbursed by the Interim Lender;
