PLANNED CHANGES DURING CONSTRUCTION Should a life change occur with the borrower, such as loss of job or death occurs, the lender remains responsible to work with the builder to complete the home. The loan will be serviced in accordance with Chapters 18 through 20 of this Handbook, as applicable.
