Other necessary documents are verifications, explanations, forms, etc. that are either: • required by VA (for example, lender’s loan quality certification), • required by VA under certain circumstances (for example, but not limited to POA and alive and well), or • necessary to clarify some aspect of the loan or the applicant’s qualifications.
