Where Compliance for Claude is right now
Pre-launch. The corpus is built and the playbooks are written — we’re running soft outreach to compliance pros and advisor candidates before opening the doors.
What works today: downloading any P&P or regs bundle from the site and using it in a Claude chat or project. The Change Log (lite) works in any Claude session. The Microsoft 365 walkthrough covers the SharePoint folder shape if you’re an M365 shop.
What’s waiting: the Stage 2 cryptographic compliance gateway — still in build.
Who built this
Earl Cooper — reviewing attorney for Connecticut mortgage transactions at Kriss Law / Atlantic Closing & Escrow. Day job: closing residential mortgages. Side build: this corpus and the playbooks. Compliance for Claude is the work product of running compliance on real loans and refusing to accept that “no central source of truth” was a permanent answer.

Pull what you need today
Every P&P, every register, every playbook bundle is free to download and free to use. Use them in your shop. Send feedback if something’s wrong — that’s how the corpus gets sharper.
Plug in as an advisor
If you’re a CCO, GC, head of compliance, or compliance-tech veteran with mortgage industry depth: the smallest version of useful here is a 30-minute conversation about what would change your firm’s adoption math. Equity comp on the table for ongoing strategic-tier advisors.
Run a paired reconciliation
If your firm is on Claude Enterprise and IT can export the Compliance API feed, you can pilot the Layer 1 reconciliation: feed export + Compliance Log outputs → coverage report. ~2 weeks setup, ~1 quarter to first usable report. No Stage 2 commitment required.
Spot a gap, send a fix
