This section contains information related to: ■ Assisting Freddie Mac’s investigation of Title Defects ■ Non-reimbursement of Title Defect-related expenses and costs (a) Assisting Freddie Mac’s investigation of Title Defects Servicer must assist Freddie Mac’s investigation and, when required by the Lender Title Assessment Selling Provision, cure of the Title Defect, possibly in conjunction with other Responsible Parties, if applicable, including, but not limited to, providing additional information as requested; notifying the other Responsible Parties of the Title Defect, if applicable; and engaging counsel to assess and take legal action, if necessary. (b) Non-reimbursement of Title Defect-related expenses and costs All expenses, including curative and losses, incurred in connection with the Title Defect to Freddie Mac will not be reimbursed and must not be submitted into PAID (Payments Automated Intelligent and Dynamic). Servicer agrees to provide periodic reporting to Freddie Mac regarding Title Defects and related expenses at a cadence and format as requested.
