Product Servicing Fee HUD-guaranteed Section 184 mortgage loans and FHA-insured Section 248 mortgage loans with a fixed interest rate 0.25% minimum fee 0.5% maximum fee Product Servicing Fee All other fixed-rate mortgage loans 0.25% minimum fee 0.5% maximum fee for mortgage loans with an MBS pool issue date on or after June 1, 2019 FHA-insured Section 248 mortgage loans with an adjustable interest rate 0.25% minimum fee 0.5% maximum fee Uniform Hybrid ARM loans (5/1 Hybrid ARM Plan 3252) 0.125% minimum fee All other ARM loans 0.25% minimum fee
